Why hire us
Most roofs we look at do not need replacing
That is an awkward thing for a roofing company to say and it is the whole reason this one exists.
- We tell you when the answer is no. About half our inspections end with "leave it alone" or "you need a replacement, not us". You keep the photo report either way.
- 6 to 15 year warranty in writing. The term is set by the product your roof gets. Ask any competitor what theirs actually covers, and for how long.
- Local and family owned, not a franchise. A real person answers the phone. There is no call center, no territory manager, and no franchise fee baked into your quote.
- Photos of every job, before and after. Shot from the same spot through a job-documentation app. Nothing staged, nothing hosed down first.
- Plant-based treatment. The owner spends his time outdoors and picked a product he would be happy running off his own roof.
In their own words
What Utah homeowners say
I've gotten to work closely with Revive Your Roof over the past few months and have been consistently impressed. Their attention to quality and customer experience stands out. And the owner Paul is just a real, genuine, standup guy too. If you're looking to work with someone you can trust on a project, definitely talk to Paul. Great work.
I have a great experience with Revive your roof, in the beginning they explained the whole process and assured me of the 6 years warranty. They were extremely helpful and kind and after they completed the spray, they showed me pictures and videos of what they did. The roof looks great!
These guys were great overall. I didn't have to wait long at all for service, they did the great work for a fair price. Roof looks great, they share before and after pictures which is really nice. I would definitely use them again.
Real work. Documented.
Applied evenly. Documented slope by slope.
Roof rejuvenation should look methodical, not theatrical. The darker section in the photos shows where treatment has just been applied.
- Matched to the roof. Revive carries four treatment systems, then recommends the one that fits the roof's condition.
- Applied across eligible slopes. The crew works in controlled sections for consistent coverage.
- Photographed before and after. You receive roof photos whether Revive recommends treatment, repair, replacement or no work.
One product does not fit every roof
Roof rejuvenation is not a single bottle sprayed on every house. Revive Your Roof carries more than one product, they hold for different lengths of time, and the warranty on your job follows whichever one your roof actually needs. That is why the term is a range between 6 and 15 years rather than one number.
Sun exposure decides more of it than anything else. A south or west slope that has taken years of direct Utah sun is drier and further along than a shaded north face on the same house. Pitch, how much life is left in the shingle, and how exposed the roof is to wind all feed into the choice as well.
On some houses that means two different products on one roof, matched slope by slope. It takes longer to work that way, and it is the reason the inspection comes before any number is quoted. Nobody can pick the right product for a roof from the driveway.
The four products: Roof Rejuvenation (6 year warranty), Nano-Tech Waterproofing (8 year), Rejuvenation Oil Lock with Nano-Tech (10 year), and Roof Armor (15 year, Class A fire rated). Read about each one.

From your call to your warranty
No sales appointment in your living room. No four-hour pitch. We look at the roof, show you what we found, and let you decide.
You call or send the address
Call or text (801) 500-9533, or fill in the form. We pull your roof up on satellite before we drive out so we are not guessing at size.
Free inspection, on the roof
We walk every slope, check the flashing and the gutters, and photograph what we find. Not a look from the driveway.
You get the photos and a straight answer
Treat it, repair it, or replace it. In writing, with the pictures behind it. The report is yours whether you hire us or not.
Repairs first, then the treatment
Lifted and torn shingles get fixed before anything is applied. Then the treatment goes on across every slope.
Questions
The things homeowners ask first
What is roof restoration, and how is it different from a roof replacement?
A replacement tears everything off and starts over. Restoration keeps the shingles you already have and puts back what age took out of them.
Asphalt shingles are held together by oils. Sun, heat and freeze-thaw cycles pull those oils out over time. The shingle goes stiff, the edges curl, and the granules that protect it start washing into your gutters. Our treatment soaks a plant-based oil back into the shingle so it flexes again instead of cracking.
The catch is that it works on shingles that are worn, not shingles that are finished. If yours are cracked through, missing in patches, or the deck underneath is soft, restoration is the wrong call and we will tell you that.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof restoration?
Repair fixes one spot. Restoration treats the whole roof.
If you have a leak in one corner, a few shingles lifted by wind, or flashing pulling away from a chimney, that is a repair. If the roof is 12 to 25 years old, the color has gone flat, the edges are curling and the gutters have grit in them, the whole surface is drying out at once and a repair only buys you a season.
Most inspections turn up both. We do the repairs first, then treat the roof, because sealing a treatment over a bad shingle just hides it.
How long does a typical roof restoration take?
Most single-family homes are done in one day, often in half a day. There is no tear-off, no dumpster in your driveway, and no crew back the next morning.
Repairs found during the inspection can add time. A steep or cut-up roof takes longer than a simple gable. We tell you the day count before we start, not after.
How much does roof restoration cost compared to a full replacement?
A fraction. Restoration runs a small share of what a tear-off costs on the same house, which is why it makes sense on a roof with life left in it.
We will not quote a number here, because roof size, pitch and how much repair work the roof needs all move it. What we will do is measure your roof, tell you the price in writing, and show you the photos behind it. No number gets invented on a doorstep.
How much does roof restoration cost in Utah?
It comes down to square footage, pitch and condition. A single-story ranch in Roy and a cut-up two-story in Draper are different jobs even at the same square footage, because steep and complex roofs take longer and use more material.
Utah adds one wrinkle: south and west slopes bake far hotter than the shaded sides of the same roof, and heat is what drives the oils out of a shingle. Those slopes often need more attention, which shows up in the inspection and in the quote.
The inspection is free and the quote is written down. Call or text (801) 500-9533 and we will get you on the schedule.
Is roof restoration covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our work carries a written warranty of 6 to 15 years, depending on which product your roof gets. The badge on the van says 6 because that is the floor, not the ceiling. Ask for the exact term on your treatment when we quote it, and get it in writing from anyone else you talk to.
You will see "up to 15 years of added roof life" quoted around this industry, ours included. Here is how our numbers actually work: the warranty is written per product, and depending on which treatment your roof gets, the term runs from 6 to 15 years. Ask us for the warranty details on your specific product before you sign anything, from us or anyone else.
