Lehi, Utah. We come to you, so there is no office to visit.
What happens after you hit send. Someone on the crew calls you back, usually the same day. We agree a time, we walk the roof, you get the photos. No appointment in your living room and nobody sits at your kitchen table for three hours.
What to have ready
Nothing, really. The street address is the only thing we genuinely need, because the roof gets pulled up on satellite before anyone drives out. If you happen to know the year the roof went on, or you have had a roofer out recently and been told it needs replacing, mention it. Both change what we look for on the walk.
How long the inspection takes
About thirty minutes on the roof for a typical single family home, longer if it is cut up with a lot of valleys and dormers. You do not have to be home for it, and there is no sit-down presentation afterwards. You get the photographs of every slope and a straight answer on whether restoration is worth doing on your roof.
Where we come out to
Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Utah counties, plus Park City, all from a base in Lehi. That covers Lehi, Alpine, Pleasant Grove, Orem and Provo through Utah County, Salt Lake City, Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Millcreek, Murray, Taylorsville, West Valley City, West Jordan, South Jordan and Riverton across the valley, and Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, Kaysville, Layton, Ogden, Roy and Riverdale to the north. If you are just outside that, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the drive.
If the answer is no
You still keep the photo report. It is a record of what your roof actually looked like on the day, slope by slope, which is worth having whether you take it to a roofer, an insurer or just file it until next spring.
