How long does a typical roof restoration take?

Most single-family homes are done in one day, often in half a day. There is no tear-off, no dumpster in your driveway, and no crew back the next morning.

Repairs found during the inspection can add time. A steep or cut-up roof takes longer than a simple gable. We tell you the day count before we start, not after.

A visit runs in a set order. The crew walks the roof once more to confirm nothing has changed since the inspection, protects the plants and downspouts that need it, completes any repairs that were agreed in the quote, then works the treatment across every slope. The photo set for your report is the last job of the day.

Weather moves dates more often than roof size does. Rain on the morning of a job means a phone call and a new date rather than working through it, so bookings in a wet spell sometimes shift by a day or two.
