Can I do roof rejuvenation myself?

The product side is the easy part. The roof is not.

Even coverage matters, because a patchy application gives you a patchy result and there is no way to tell from the ground. Repairs have to happen first. And walking a roof safely is a real skill, especially on the steeper pitches common through Cottonwood Heights and Park City.

There is also the small matter of the warranty. A treatment you apply yourself is not covered by anyone.

Coverage is the part that catches people out. Too little and the shingle does not take on enough to flex again. Too much in one spot and it runs. Neither mistake is visible from the ground, and both show up years later when you have no way to prove what went on the roof.
